Hi, I am Gareth McMeekin founder of GenR8 Solutions, a business and engineering consultancy based in Ireland.
I am Chartered Engineer with 15 years of experience in Engineering and Business Management in the SME sector. Having worked in a variety of roles in the Building Materials Supply industry, I set up GenR8 Solutions to provide a service to similar industries throughout Ireland and Internationally.
The decision to start in business was based, among other things on the understanding of a spiritual principle. The companies name bears reference to the biblical commission of Genesis 1:28, given to all mankind to be fruitful in our lives. While we believe that there is much that is good about the disciplines of Business and Engineering we understand that they sit in under the authority of God. In what we do we seek to conduct business in ways that please and honour the design of the creator.
We have 15 years of experience in many aspects of business having held roles in Engineering, Management, International Market Development, Product Development Business Development, Process Development and Leadership Development as well as roles in national industry associations in the UK and Ireland. Strong technical background combined with business experience enable us to provide quality service in all aspect of technical or business development. We have worked with and learnt from some of the best technical and business minds through a variety of inter-company programmes and we are committed to a continuing professional development programme that brings value to our clients businesses.
